Restaurant "Aban"
Start your day with a comforting, proper breakfast.
Our breakfast is a Japanese-style buffet that prioritizes "ingredients" and "flavors you'll want to eat every day" over extravagance. We are particularly particular about our ingredients, focusing on "rice," "miso," and "eggs." For dinner, we offer popular set menus featuring nutritious dishes prepared by experienced chefs using mainly local ingredients, as well as Nagasaki's unique à la carte dishes such as champon and sara udon. We also offer a "restaurant you'll want to return to" where you can keep your alcoholic beverages.

Uses rice directly contracted
with local farmers
The rice is carefully grown using the delicious spring water from Mt. Taradake, and is sourced directly from the farmers to the hotel without going through a retailer.

The highest quality miso "Benitsuru"
We use "Benitsuru," the premium miso produced by Tsuru Miso Brewery in Yanagawa, Fukuoka, which won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award in 2004.Made with domestic ingredients and plenty of carefully selected naked barley, this red miso has the perfect combination of flavor, richness and aroma.

Taiyoran
They are darker in color and have a richer flavor than regular eggs.
They are made using natural, additive-free safe fertilizer and natural ingredients, and are packed with nutrients, containing 10 times the Vitamin E of regular eggs. They are also used in the Western confectionery department of a certain prestigious hotel.
